    Q: Do you ship Internationally?

    Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy their shopping experience with us. However, shipping may take longer to certain countries.

    How long does shipping take?

    It will usually take 7-20 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times based on demand and shipping location.

    -How long does processing take?

    We do our best to process orders within 24-48 hours.

    How do I check the status of my order?

    After placing your order, please allow us  2-4 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses pack your order and ship the package out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with the tracking number. If you did not receive any updates on your order, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.

    Please make sure your order is correct before placing it, we do not offer cancellations or exchanges due to incorrect orders.

    We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses given by the customer or packages stolen after delivery. If the tracking number shows the package was delivered, the responsibility falls on the customer.

    Incorrect Addresses

    Customers are responsible for ensuring they have entered a correct delivery address. Your items will be sent to the exact delivery address stated on your order and if this is incorrect we unfortunately cannot reimburse you if your order does not make its way to you.

    Public/Shared Addresses

    If an item is ordered to an address which is accessible by other people such as a workplace or shared accommodation (e.g. university halls of residence) you are responsible for the collection of all items and Bloom Skinn will not cover any stolen or missing items in such scenario.
